We are thrilled to be hosting our first ever Summer Concert Series! Each night will feature three incredible local bands sharing their artistry and music at the St. Francis College’s auditorium. Our goal is to create a platform where Brooklyn and NYC based musicians can present their talents and where music’s divine power can inspire, connect, and uplift.

august lineup:

Anthony Muthurajah Trio

Anthony Muthurajah is no stranger to bass players and musicians from all over the world. Having recently moved to the United States from Dubai, U.A.E, he is currently in the works of doing his 3rd record, which will feature some of NYC’s finest musicians. The project is a sonically driven experience of Anthony’s background, ranging from Gospel, RnB all the way to Rock, Fusion and Jazz. The compositions and arrangements really highlight the Middle Eastern and South Asian influence of Anthony’s childhood, with a strong contemporary harmonic and melodic direction. The group will be performing new compositions that haven’t been recorded or performed previously. The trio will feature Rez Abbasi on Guitar and Avery Logan on Drums, two of Anthony’s frequent collaborators in NYC.

Noah Hogan Quartet

With Special Guest Mei Semones

Noah Hogan is a New York-based guitarist, composer, and arranger, creating music at the intersection of jazz and Brazilian music styles. Inspired by the likes of Pat Metheny, Esperanza Spalding, and Toninho Horta, Noah’s compositions and arrangements draw from the rhythmic and harmonic landscapes of these musical traditions, combining them with his unique melodic and improvisational sense to create a distinctive musical voice. The quartet will perform original compositions, as well as arrangements of Brazilian tunes, and will feature Alejandra Sofia on piano, Warren Louie on bass, Anton Kot on drums, and special guest guitarist and vocalist Mei Semones in the latter part of the set.

Ian Miller

Ian Miller is a St. Louis-born, New York-based singer-songwriter who reaches across multiple genres. At times bold and energizing, at times intimate and contemplative, Ian’s music speaks to longing and liminal space - “the now and the not yet” of being alive. His first EP, In Between, was released in the spring of 2020, and his full-length album, Threshold, came out in spring 2024. As a songwriter, Ian was chosen to participate in the Johnny Mercer Songwriters Project in 2020, the Lopud Foundation Artist Retreat in 2023, and the BringAbout Cohort 2025-2026.

July lineup:

Amy Jay

New York based indie alt-folk singer songwriter Amy Jay’s songs are like plastic knives—pliable, yet cutting. She is a master of exploring what makes the vulnerable acceptable, embracing nervous laughter in awkward situations, and alluding to the Joycean concept of what makes the universal specific. Throughout her new album, Mnemonics, she transforms mantras of self-help folk songs into fully formed indie rock panoramas that alternatingly float, stun, and comfort. Amy Jay’s Mnemonics is due out November 7 via Mother West.

Jon and the projectors

Jon and The Projectors perform original, vibrant, and passionate songs. Hailing influences from Pop, funk, soul, and jazz, JATP fuses tight grooves with infectious hooks and virtuosic improvised solos.

Ripple Æffect

Ripple Æffect is a collaborative ensemble focused on creating an intimate, accessible, and emotionally complex new music experience. “Ripple Æffect bring passion and life to their unique jazz-pop fusion, endlessly fascinating and sincere while still able to inspire smiles”(Abe Beeson, KNKX Radio)
